BOLD Leadership Network provides community support and resources for all leaders to advance equity and the opportunity for all students and communities to thrive.
Black students, especially Black boys from low-income households, are 39% more likely to graduate from high school and enroll in college when they have just one Black teacher in elementary school.*
Yet, only 2% of educators are Black males.
